Now that you are comfortable in your work space, the question still remains: How the heck are you going to be productive as a small town youth pastor?

Being a youth pastor means you will take on many roles, namely the pastor, counselor, finance manager, web designer, vision and strategy planning, administration, program planning, teacher, recruiter, graphic designer, trainer, etc…. Some of these roles may not be your strong suite, but unfortunately you have to do them because who else will?

So the questions remains: How does a small town youth pastor continuously be productive?
