I cannot agree with what you said about youth ministers needing to be theologically trained! It is essential and if a youth minister is not theologically trained- the teaching is shallow. Also what you said about some people dumping down their youth talks to make them more translatable to non Christians. I would argue that when true, deep bible teaching is happening- people will meet Jesus. As youth workers, we need to be faithful to the Word of God. I loved this article.
